who does not want to live in the best location Kreuzberg, in the immediate vicinity of the fantastic mountain mankie and at the foot of the Victoria Park and how nice would be a renovated old building with high ceilings and a balcony on which you can watch the sunset with a Sundowner.
If you are looking for something like this (1 person, non-smoking without pet), please continue reading and if you need a home from 16.04.25 to 31.08.2025 and do not want to miss out on the comfort of dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc., you should read more.

I offer a large, furnished, well-cut balcony room in my two-room apartment in the 4 OG of a beautiful renovated old building without elevator for single use for 1 person as I make my master outside Berlin. Access to the second room should be granted after consultation (but not often).
The room itself is about 23m2 and the entire size of the currently available apartment is about 45m2.

The monthly gross rental is 850€ incl. A prepayment power drop, Internet 50 MBits phone blow and GEZ,
where, depending on consumption, according to operating costs and electricity billing, any repayments (operating costs, electricity and heating) are at the expense of the sub-renter.
The deposit is 1 month rental.

wer möchte nicht in bester Lage Kreuzbergs, in unmittelbarer Nähe des fantastischen Bergmannkiezes und am Fuße des Viktoria-Parks wohnen und wie schön wäre dazu noch eine sanierte Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken und einem Balkon auf welchem du mit einem Sundowner den Sonnenuntergang anschauen kannst.
Wenn du (1 Person, Nichtraucher ohne Haustier) genau sowas suchst, dann lies bitte weiter und wenn du ab dem 16.04.25 bis 31.08.2025 ein Zuhause benötigst und auch nicht auf den Komfort von Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle usw. verzichten möchtest, dann solltest du noch weiter lesen.

Ich biete ein großes, möbliertes, gut geschnittenes Balkonzimmer in meiner zwei-Zimmer Wohnung im 4 OG eines schönen sanierten Altbaus ohne Aufzug zur Alleinnutzung für 1 Person an, da ich meinen Master außerhalb Berlins mache. Zugang zum zweiten Zimmer sollte nach Absprache gewährt werden (aber bestimmt nicht oft).
Das Zimmer selbst ist ca. 23m2 groß und die gesamte Größe der aktuell für dich verfügbaren Wohnung beträgt ca. 45m2.

Die monatliche Bruttomiete beträgt 850€ incl. Einer Vorauszahlung Stromabschlag, Internet 50 MBits- Telefonflat und GEZ,
wobei je nach Verbrauch, nach Betriebskosten- und Stromabrechnung etwaige Nachzahlungen (Betriebskosten, Strom und Heizung) zu Lasten des Untermieters gehen.
Die Kaution beträgt 1 Monatsmiete.
