Hello Berlin-visitors!
I am offering my pretty apartment for rent during the period from 24 december 2010 until 3 january 2011. We can negotiate over the price - depends on how many persons and how long you want to stay. There is sleepingroom for 5 people.
The apartment consists of a small hallway, a big, neat bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), livingroom (20m2) with kitchen in there (electric stove, oven, fridge, sink) and a semi-separate sleepingcorner with a double bed. I have a sleepingcouch for 2 people and a separate matras. There's a diningtable and all the things you need to cook.
The apartment is located Kreuzkölln - a creative, cosy neighbourhood south of Görlitzerpark (Kreuzberg). All the shops & restaurants you need are at walking distance and the nearest U-station is Schönleinstrasse (U8). From there it's 10 minutes to Mitte.
