Beautiful and sunny 32m² student apartment (2nd floor) in Studio M2 in the heart of Laim.
In addition to an elevator, a laundry room and an underground car park, there is also a free parking space behind the house. Sharing the garden areas is not a problem. Common areas also promote cohesion. If you have any questions, the helpful house community will be happy to help you (e.g. WhatsApp group). If you like to travel by bike, a spacious, covered bicycle parking space offers your bike shelter. You can also use the lockable bicycle cellar. This is right next to your own small storage locker.
The apartment scores with its very good location. The A8 is only a few minutes away. The city center is also easy to reach. There are several bus stops, a tram station, the U5 (Laimer Platz) and the Laim S-Bahn station just a few minutes' walk away. The main S-Bahn route takes you to the center of Munich every minute (main station 8 minutes / city center 10 minutes). From the front door to the next long-distance train station (Pasing), you only need a quarter of an hour. Shops (Rewe, Aldi, Edeka, drugstores, doctors, bakers, pharmacies & Co.) are within walking distance. Quiet evening hours can be spent on the balcony overlooking the green inner courtyard.
Your apartment is furnished (see pictures). When you move in there are: - desk - dining table + 2 white chairs - large wardrobe - single bed (up to 100kg).
The bed has since been replaced by a 1.40m bed.
