Es ist die Wohnung meines Vaters, den ich Hals-über-Kopf ins Pflegeheim zu mir nach Süddeutschland bringen musste. Wegen Kündigungsfrist steht die Wohnung jetzt noch mehr als 3 Monate leer, das wäre so eine Verschwendung für diese schöne helle EG Wohnung (ca 45m2) mit eigener kleiner Terrasse! Voll möbliert mit Bett und Ausziehsofa, Schreibtisch, Schränke, Küche, Bad, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd, Geschirr, Handtücher usw. alles drin, allerdings etwas abgeliebt und einmal kräftig durchputzen ist auch nötig. Ende Juli wird dann alles aufgelöst (verschenkt, entsorgt).
Die Miete ist günstig (er zahlt €450 warm) und wird durch Mithilfe (Putzen, Auflösung) noch deutlich günstiger.
