ich bin für zwei Monate (Juli-August) nicht in der Stadt. Für diese Zeit (unter-)vermiete ich meine gemütliche 1-Zimmer-Wohnung (ca. 22 m²). Sie hat ein gemütliches Bett, ein großes Schlafsofa, offene Fenster, die viel Tageslicht hereinlassen, und genug Platz zum Arbeiten.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Zimmer, einem eigenen Bad und einer eigenen Küche. Sie ist voll ausgestattet, inklusive Smart-TV, Klimaanlage sowie vielen Lichterketten für ein schönes Ambiente. In der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht.
*Perfekt geeignet für Remote-Arbeit, Home-Office oder Uni, und das schnelle WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei .
Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock (natürlich mit Aufzug). Im Innenhof gibt es eine große Grünfläche mit einer Tischtennisplatte, einem Volleyballnetz und vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Fahrräder und ggf. Autos kann man dort auch gut parken.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben der Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft (HTW) Campus Treskowallee. Die Tram-Haltestelle Treskowallee/HTW ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, die U5-Station Tierpark in 10 Minuten, der S-Bahnhof Lichtenberg in 16 Minuten und der S-Bahnhof Karlshorst in 17 Minuten.
Edeka ist 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Rewe, dm, Rossmann) sowie das Tierpark-Center mit verschiedenen anderen Läden findet man in der Nähe der U5-Station Tierpark (10 bis 12 Minuten zu Fuß oder 3 Minuten mit der Tram).

I will be out of town for two months (July-August). During this time, I am subletting my cozy 1-room apartment (approx. 21 m²). It features a comfortable bed, a large sofa bed, open windows that let in plenty of natural light, and enough space to work.
The apartment consists of one room, a private bathroom, and a private kitchen. It is fully equipped, including a smart TV, air conditioning, and many fairy lights for a nice ambiance. The kitchen has everything you need.
*Perfectly suited for remote work, home office, or university, and the fast Wi-Fi works flawlessly .
The apartment is on the 5th floor (with an elevator, of course). The courtyard has a large green area with a ping pong table, a volleyball net, and plenty of seating. Bicycles and cars can also be parked there.
The apartment is located right next to the University of Applied Sciences (HTW) Campus Treskowallee. The tram stop Treskowallee/HTW is a 5-minute walk, the U5 Tierpark station is 10 minutes away, S-Bahn Lichtenberg is 16 minutes away, and S-Bahn Karlshorst is 17 minutes away.
Edeka is an 8-minute walk away. Other shopping options (Lidl, Rewe, dm, Rossmann) as well as the Tierpark Center with various other stores can be found near the U5 Tierpark station (10 to 12 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by tram).
