The place has several super markets, drugstores, restaurants and a few bars in walking distance (2-4 min). Also you'll find doctors and everything else you might need close by.

HTW and other Universities are very close and easy to access, the same as major companies offer start up locations.

Most important is the U5 in walking distance of approx 5min, one of the cleanest, most reliable azubways in Berlin and it brings you in 15 min to Alexander Platz and about 25 to the railway main station. Also S-train and bus links to so over the city are in walking distance.
In general, it's a residential arena, safe and with normal people. If you want to go out, you'll find everything one stop away on the metro or three stops to Samaritastr.

The place has a min 3 months rental period, preferably longer.

All bills are included, except the internet and electricity (approx 30€).
