Unfortunately, you cannot register as only a registration is allowed.

The sub-renter should also send the incoming mail to the main tenant once a month. Costs are taken over, of course.

Visiting dates will take place this week. Deposit is due immediately upon confirmation. Rent for the move.

The apartment has a TV, furniture, a hand washing machine and equipped kitchen.

die Wohnung hat eine allinklusive Miete, also keine versteckten Nebenkosten.

Leider kann man sich nicht anmelden, da nur eine Anmeldung erlaubt ist.

Selbstverständlich kommt der Name des Untermieters an die Klingel und Briefkasten.

Auch sollte der Untermieter einmal im Monat die ankommende Post an den Hauptmieter schicken. Kosten werden selbstverständlich übernommen.

Besichtigungstermine werden diese Woche stattfinden. Kaution ist bei Zusage sofort fällig. Miete erst zum Einzug.

Die Wohnung hat ein Fernseher, Möbel, eine Handwaschmaschine sowie ausgestattete Küche.
