Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine hübsche Wohnung direkt am S-Bahnhof Lichtenberg.
Die Wohnung verfügt über schöne Einzelheiten, wie hohe Decken und Stuck, und ist ruhig gelegen. Ihr kommt von hier aus perfekt zum Ostkreuz oder nach Mitte (S 5,7,75 und U5) und habt die Möglichkeit auch am Sonntag einkaufen zu gehen (Edeka und Rossmann im Bahnhof).
In der Wohnung ist eine große Schlafcouch zum Ausklappen und ein neues Hochbett, unter dem man einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank einrichten kann. Ansonsten gibt es in der Küche sogar eine Spülmaschine und im Bad eine Wanne.
Direkt am S-Bahnhof Lichtenberg, nur vier Minuten Weg zur S-und U-Bahn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch am Sonntag
Bitte schreibt mir nur, wenn ihr mit der Abschlagszahlung einverstanden seid und alle erforderlichen Unterlagen besitzt (Schufa (request now) , Mietschuldenfreiheit etc).
