1 room Apt. To rent from 5Dec to 8January with possible extension till end of January

Please read carefully:

Hey everyone, I will be renting my studio apt. in Lichtenberg 10317 (5min walking distance from U+S Lichtenberg) from 5 December to beginning January.

I may stay away for a few more weeks up to another month. This, the possibility of extension.

Dates can be adjustable to your needs (e.g., if require to come the 1st of December we can try to work that out)

Price includes all expenses. However, 100€ caution will be asked to ensure no damage to the flat happens, specially during NYE.

I am looking for someone who I can have an easy communication during this time since I also offer some flexibility, and if necessary to extend your stay, we will need to be able to have a smooth communication at distance. I ask that you say something small about you, but don't worry as I don't expect an essay on who you are. I just would rather know your expectations and if you have any questions.

The main room differs a bit decoration wise to the photos displayed since they are older pictures and I am currently painting some walls, so the house is a bit messy for now, but will be spot on when you visit it.

I plan to do visits by the weekend 23 - 24 November. Please also let me know if those days fit you and offer me a time slot.
