Single 1-Room Apartment in Dahlem-Lichterfelde Berlin

The building is at the limit between the districts of Dahlem and Lichterfelde, giving a great and easy access to the south-west and city-center of Berlin. There are many bus lines around, but the best thing is the S-Bahn S1 stop "Lichterfelde West" at 260 m from the apartment.

The location is ideal when working at the nearby Freie Universität thanks to the public transportation, but it can also be quickly reached by walking or riding a bike (with a lot of bike parkings around the university buildings).

The neighborhood is very nice and green, the Botanischer Garten is very close and near the university buildings and one can also visit the forests and lakes in the south-west of Berlin using the S1 or even continue further to reach Postdam.

In terms of utility, there are a lot of different stores and supermarkets in the adjacent Drakestraße and, in the worst case, there is a very big shopping center in Rathaus Steglitz (2 stops with S1).

!! Pay attention to the fact that this apartment is part of a private student/post-student agency (Home&Co) and, as such, they will ask for a proof of enrollment (if you're a student) or your diploma (if you're a young worker, who recently graduated) !!

! Pay attention also to the fact that the contract does not allow for uncommon location duration ! Minimum is the advertised six months (corresponding to the Summer Semester 2025) or, otherwise, you can request a 1-Year contract (both are renewable) !

The Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. The rent does also account for everything (warmmiete : water, gas, electricity).

The apartment lies on the third floor and there is two elevators.
