The apartment is very cosy with one big room, that I use as a bed and living room. I have a small workplace in the small hallway between bedroom and bathroom, so it's seperated from the living area. There's a seperate kitchen, bathroom and a balcony overlooking a park. The building itself is not beautiful, but it's newly renovated and a big advantage for me is that the apartment is cool in summer and really warm in winter.
The apartment is located in a very quiet area close to S Marzahn. Even though Marzahn is quite far out, it's well connected. Tram is 5 minutes away and S-Bahn is 10 minutes away. Theres also a bus station close to the house. Theres a small park right by the house, which has as a nice sports and calisthenics area. Supermarkets and a shopping mall are 10 minutes away.

I'm subletting the place for 3 month with the possibility of extension. Pets are generally welcome under the condition that they don't disturb the peace in the house and there are no arguments with my neighbours' dogs. :)
