Ich vermiete meine helle, möblierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in bester Mitte-Lage für knapp einen Monat unter (29.01.2025 bis 23.02.2025). Das Zimmer liegt nach hinten raus, Küche und Bad zur Straße, die Wohnung im 2. Stock.

Anstelle der schmalen Matratze wird in dem Zimmer eine 140cm breite liegen, ohne Lattenrost und ohne Bettgestell. Das weiße Sideboard neben dem Sofa wird geleert, Kleidung aufhängen kann man in der Kammer im Flur. In der Küche ist ein Gasherd.

Die U-Bahn-Station Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz ist drei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, S-Bahn (Alexanderplatz und Hackescher Markt) zehn Minuten. Bäcker, Rossmann, Edeka und Netto in Fußentfernung.

650 Euro Gesamtmiete plus 650 Euro Kaution. WLAN und Waschmaschine inklusive.

I am subletting my bright, furnished one-room apartment in a prime location in Mitte for just under a month (January 29, 2025, to February 23, 2025). The room faces the back, while the kitchen and bathroom face the street. The apartment is on the second floor.

Instead of the narrow mattress, a 140 cm-wide mattress will be provided in the room, without a slatted frame or bed frame. The white sideboard next to the sofa will be emptied, and clothes can be hung in the closet in the hallway. There is a gas stove in the kitchen.

The subway station Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz is a three-minute walk away, and the S-Bahn stations (Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt) are about ten minutes on foot. Bakeries, Rossmann, Edeka, and Netto are all within walking distance.

The total rent is 650 euros, plus a 650 euro deposit. Wi-Fi and a washing machine are included.

Only for persons with liability insurance. The apartment may also be available for a shorter rental period.
