Hallo,
ich vermiete meine Wohnung für den April.
Ich bin ab dem 25.03 aus der Wohnung raus und komme am 06.05 wieder, das heißt, ich bin da auch gerne etwas flexibel mit den Daten.
Die Gesamtmiete für einen Monat beträgt 620 Euro. Der Betrag würde sich entsprechend erhöhen, sollte die mietende Person entscheiden, die Woche vor oder nach April länger zu bleiben.
Die Wohnung ist in Mitte in der Nähe zur Stadtbibliothek. Bus und U2 in 3 Minuten Gehzeit.
Küche und Bad sind natürlich vorhanden, Waschmaschine auch.
Wichtig ist mir, dass einmal die Woche die Pflanzen gegossen werden. :)
