Ich vermiete meine helle, möblierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung ab dem 1. März 2025 für vorerst 6 Monate, mit Option auf Verlängerung. Die Miete beträgt 980€ mit allem inkludiert.

In meiner Wohnung befindet sich die Doppelbett-Matratze, eine (Schlaf-)Couch und ein großer Arbeits- und Esstisch. Das Badezimmer und die Küche sind klein, aber fein. Speedy Wifi und ein großer Balkon gehört auch zur Wohnung!

You're looking for a central, bright and affordable apartment in Mitte/Wedding? With a huge balcony and an elevator?

I'm renting out my bright furnished 1-room apartment from March 1st, 2025 for a period of 6 months, with an option of extension. The rent is 980€, everything included.

The apartment comes with a double bed mattress, a (sleeping) couch and a large work and dining table. The bathroom and the kitchen are small but nice. Speedy Wifi and a big balcony are also part of the apartment!
