Ich vermiete meine schöne, helle 1-Zimmer Wohnung an einen seriösen Untermieter (gerne Student*in) für 3 Wochen. Es ist ausreichend Platz für eine Person und die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Gasherd und Waschmaschine. Das Badezimmer ist hell gefliest mit einer kleinen Badewanne. Im großen Wohn- und Schlafbereich sowie im Flur befindet sich Dielenboden. Die Zimmer gehen zum Hinterhof.
Die Wohnung eignet sich ideal zum Arbeiten, da das Zimmer ausreichend groß ist. Das Bett ist 2x2 m mit zwei Federkernmatratzen, außerdem gibt es ein neues Sofa und einen Flatscreen-TV.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 1 Minute von der Tramhaltestelle Zionskirche entfernt. Es ist eine wunderbare Anbindung sowohl über zwei Tramlinien als auch über die U2 und U8. Die ganze Gegend ist verkehrsberuhigt und es gibt viele Cafes, Restaurants und Bars.
Solltest du an einer Untermiete der Wohnung interessiert sein, dann schreib mir bitte etwas zu dir, was du in Berlin machst und zu deiner Person. Ich werde mich auf jeden Fall bei dir melden. Da aktuell ein Teil des Hauses saniert wird, gibt es ein Gerüst. Ab und an kann im Haus sich im Haus Bauschutz befinden, oder es auch mal laut sein. Das ist bislang allerdings nur in Ausnahmefällen so. Bitte beachte, dass der Mietpreis ist der Preis für 3 Wochen.
