Da ich auf Art Residenz bin, ist mein Studio ab 1.11.23 sofort bis Ende März 2024 frei (eventuell länger). Priorisiere Einzelmieter*in.
Absolut zentral (1 Station vom Hauptbahnhof und 5 Min zur Friedrichstraße) ist es auch ideal für Pendler gelegen.
Das Studio hat durchgehende Fensterfront, Balkon, eingerichtete Küche, Bad mit Oberlicht und eigenen Eingang. An allen Fenstern sind Plissees, so dass man nachts die Wohnung verdunkeln kann. Sie ist 52 qm groß, vollmöbliert mit Doppelbett, Sofa, Esstisch und volleingerichtete Küche. Die Wohnung ist ein klein bisschen anders möbliert als auf den Fotos. In den Ndebenkosten sind Wasser, Strom, Internet und alle Nebenkosten drin.


Das ist mein Arbeitsraum für Eat Art. Deshalb ausdrücklich nur an Nichtraucher (auch nicht auf dem Balkon !!!), keine Haustiere (hab Allergie) und keine Partys.
Kaution sind zwei Wohnungsmieten.

It is very centrally located (1 stop from the main station and 5 minutes to Friedrichstraße. Ideal for commuters.
The studio has a continuous window front, balcony, equipped kitchen, bathroom with skylight and its own entrance. There are pleated blinds on all windows, so you can darken the flat at night. It is 52 sqm, fully furnished with double bed, sofa, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The flat is furnished a little differently than in the photos. The price includes water, electricity, internet and all utilities.

This is my working space for Eat Art. Therefore explicitly I only rent to non-smokers (not even on the balcony !!!), no pets (have allergy) and no parties.
Deposit is two flat rents.
