The apartment it's suitable for home office, it has a desk and an office chair.

The total rent is 1100 € Monthly and includes every cost (internet, water, electricity, heating).

Every thing in the apartment is fully functional.

If you ride a bike, there's a closed parking space for it.

Lage
The apartment is right in front of the Spree, so it has a wonderful view. On these days that not much can be done, having this view is a plus :)

Tiergarten S-Bahn Station is 7 minutes away by walking, U-Hansaplatz Station is 10 minutes away by walking and Bus Stop is 7 minutes away by walking.

There's a Supermarket less than 10 minutes away by walking and in approximately less than 15 minutes by walking you can reach Turmstraße where multiple stores and gastro places can be found :)

Sonstiges

The apartment is suitable only for one person.

No pets are allowed and it's a non-smoking apartment.

Anmeldung is not possible.
