2 months - 1 room apartment in renovated Alt-Bau Moabit

I am looking for a subtenant for my apartment in Moabit, near Birkenstr. Station (U9), Westhafen S-Bahn, and the M10 tram. The rental period is from 15th January to 15th March, with the possibility of an extension. Please note that no Anmeldung is possible.

This is a cosy, comfortable apartment with quiet neighbors. I am seeking a responsible and reliable tenant who will take good care of the space while I am busy working on a project in another part of Berlin.

The Apartment:
Fully furnished with basic necessities and located in a peaceful area.
One spacious room that includes a sofa, coffee table, desk/dining table, clothing rack, and a king-size bed with a bed frame. A well-equipped kitchen with all essentials, including a washing machine.
A bathroom featuring a bathtub. The apartment is situated on a quiet, closed street with no traffic. The building is well-maintained and charming, and there are several parks nearby. Within walking distance, you’ll find cafes, restaurants, and large grocery stores like Edeka and Kaufland, as well as the Moabit Food Market (Arminiusmarkthalle). Public transport is conveniently located just 5-7 minutes away, connecting you to Mitte, Berlin Central Station, Friedrichshain, Charlottenburg, and other districts directly or with just one line change.

Rent:
€780 per month, including all utilities and 100mbps Wi-Fi.

Requirements:
This offer is for the entirety of the 2-months rental period. Pets are not allowed.
