I would like to rent my 1 room flat with private bathroom and kitchen for short term. From March 12 to 31 (19 nights). Apartment is fully furnished ( 140x200 very comfortable bed, wardrobe, table and 5 chairs, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, also all utensils.) If you want, I can provide bed sheet and towels. There is a PC screen. You can connect your laptop and use your computer with a big screen. Unfortunately it is just a PC screen, not a TV.
Also the apartment has a big enough balcony. It can be smoked just in the balcony.
The rent is for during the period. It is warm rent and includes parking garage.
The bus stop is less than three minutes away. Quiddestrasse U-5 station is less than 10 minutes away by walking. If you use the bus you can reach the U-Bahn station in 5 minutes. 1 minutes away a pharmacy, in two minutes radius there are Edeka, Penny, Woolworth and a Turkish market. Pizza and doner restaurants, and a bakery is just 2 mins as well.
