Short term: 01 July - 15. Aug. Nicely furnished studio with balcony - Center of Neukölln

I am looking for someone who wants to rent an apartment for one month or 6 weeks starting at 1st of July until the beginning of August or until Aug. 15th.

This is a very nicely furnished studio apartment in the very center of Neukölln (Berlin).

It's a 48 square meter studio with a large balcony, high ceiling and a wooden floor in the bedroom. The bedroom is about 22 square meter. The apartment is very bright and facing a small street. The apartment is fully equipped with a brand new washing machine, a fridge with freezer, a dish washer, a mixer, a toaster, a coffee machine, plates and pots and glasses, forks and knifes and all the kitchen stuff you will ever need.

The apartment is not serviced though. Some of the vintage furniture is old like the nice commode in the corridor or the cabinet in the kitchen. If you don't like vintage furniture it might not be the right place for you :) There are bedsheets, blankets, Duvets and a pillow but you might also get your own bedsheets if you want. The mattress is a very nice and expensive foam mattress.

The studio has a fast internet (300Mbit download & 50 Mbit upload) and is a nice pick if you want to work from home. You can work in the kitchen or on the large desk in the living room (1,80 meter wide).

The fully equipped spacious kitchen has a larger dining area with country house kitchen cabinets, a nice induction cooking area, a huge refrigerator with freezer, and a large kitchen table. The chairs on the dining table in kitchen are super tall, so the kitchen is bigger than it looks like in the image. The apartment is on the third floor. Please be aware, there is no elevator. It's an old building with high ceiling and wooden floors (in your room).
