ich vermiete meine 1,5 Zimmerwhg bzw. 1 Zimmer (>20m2) davon, da ich von Mitte Mai 24 bis Mitte Sept. 24 (überwiegend) im Ausland bin. Zeiten flexibel. Ich bin zwischendurch da (wahrs. max. eine Woche am Stück).
Miete für ein Zimmer (inkl. Heizung, Kaltwasser, Betriebskosten, Gas, Strom, GEZ, Festnetz/Internet, Möbelnutzung) 615 Euro/monatlich. Kaution 900 Euro. Das kleine Zimmer wird nicht mitvermietet.
Die Wohnung ist hell, die Nachbarn sind alle ruhig, daher keine Partys zu Hause ;-) - ruhige Str.
Nähe S Sonnenallee und U Karl-Marx-Str. Wohnung in der Nähe von Treptower Str.
Bedingungen:
- Haftpflichtversicherung
- Ausweiskopie und Mietvertragskopie geht an den Eigentümer.

I rent my 1.5 room apartment or 1 room (>20m2) of it, because I am abroad from 10th of may 24 to mid-Sept. 24 (mostly). Flexible times. I'm there in between ( max. one week at a time ). Rent the room (incl. heating, cold water, operating costs, gas, electricity, GEZ, landline/internet, use of furniture) 615 Euro/month. Deposit 900 Euro. The small room is not rented. The apartment is bright, the neighbors are all quiet, therefore no parties at home ;-) - quiet street. Close to S Sonnenallee and U Karl-Marx-Str. Apartment near Treptower Str.
Conditions:
-Liability insurance
- Copy of ID and copy of rental agreement goes to the owner.
