Hello everyone,

I'm subletting my gorgeous flat in Neukölln for the last 2 weeks of February (17.02-02.03) while I'm out of town.

The flat is beautiful, with very high ceilings, TV, balcony, washing machine and basically everything else you need. You can simply come with your luggage and enjoy your stay :)

Everything that you see in the pictures will also be left in the flat. The deposit of course will be returned to you after I come back and see that the flat is in the same condition :)

No Anmeldung unfortunately :(

The location is simply AMAZING. First of all, the flat is located 3 mins walk from the U8 + Sbahn (Ringbahn). From there you can reach any location in Berlin super quickly.
In addition, there are beautiful parks nearby - Tempelhof is 5 mins away, Körnerpark is 3 mins away by walk. The area of the apartment has also lots of very tasty restaurants (I'll gladly give you some recommendations), cozy bars & cool people. The lovely Schillerkiez is also 6 mins away by walk.

I'm looking for someone clean & respectful who can treat the flat with care. Feel free to use all the things in flat as much as you like, make yourself at home :)
