I'm looking to sublet my charming and cozy 1-room flat from December 15 until approximately December 6 (we can discuss the exact end date) while I'm away. This is the perfect opportunity for someone seeking a comfortable and welcoming place to stay while exploring the city. Think of it as visiting a friend's house, just without the friend being around! :D
The flat features a main room with a small but delightful balcony, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or a quiet evening. The room is well-furnished with a big, comfortable bed, a dining table, a TV, and high-speed WIFI. A dishwasher is also available for your convenience. The space can comfortably sleep up to two people.

Please note that as I am only away for 2 weeks, my belongings will remain in the flat. However, there will be plenty of space for you to store your things. I am looking for someone who will treat my home and belongings with respect and maintain my privacy during their stay.

It's located in Neukölln with a 5 min walk from Tempelhofer Feld, and a 5 min walk to U8 which gets you around nice and easy. The area is called Schillerkiez, with a lovely market on Saturdays.
