It’s a comfy and spacious home, full of plants, natural light coming from 7 windows.
A desk is available for home-office, Wi-Fi, a large sofa, a tv with chromecast and all amenities included.
I have a good relationship with my neighbors and landlord, therefore I’m looking for a responsible and chilled person who would take care of the place (no parties).
All bills are included within the price.

The flat is located in Neukölln (4-minute walk to Hermannstrasse Ubahn and Sbahn stations).
Access also to bus-stops on the very street and access to all main supermarkets (Rewe, Netto, Lidl, and Aldi) in short walking distance.
The area surrounding Hermannstrasse station is very lived with restaurants, and services of all kinds and the surrounding streets have nice cafes and restaurants. Also Tempelhoffer Feld and Schillerkiez are neaby (15 min walking distance or 5 min biking).
Sublet contract + pre-payment of deposit + rent first month (deposit will be given back once the flat is checked out and no damages found)
