I’m renting out my cozy Neukölln apartment while I’m away, from December 24th to February 1st (with the possibility of extending the lease until March 1st).

The flat is on a quiet stretch of Weserstraße—close to great restaurants and bars but tucked away from the busier parts. Public transport is super convenient: the M41 and M43 buses are a 3-minute walk, and the Rathaus Neukölln U7 station is just 7 minutes away. Hermannplatz and the U8 are also easily accessible, and Wildenbruchplatz Park and the canal are nearby.

The apartment is ideal for one person or a couple. It has a double bed, plenty of storage, a fully equipped kitchen, a large table for working or dining, and a comfy seating area. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo and a washing machine. Plus, there’s a balcony with a lovely view of the street—perfect for morning coffee.

The rent is €800, which includes all utilities (internet, electricity, heating, and water). There’s also a €300 deposit. If you’d like to extend through February, the additional month will be another €800.
