die schöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung liegt mitten auf dem belebten Kiez zwischen Weserstraße und Landwehrkanal mit reichlich Kneipen und Cafés, einem Flohmarkt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Umfeld. Der Raum geht zum Hinterhof raus, ist ruhig, relativ hell und voll möbliert. Ich vermiete die Wohnung übergangsweise, da ich einen guten Monat im Ausland bin.

Dear potential residents,
my beautiful little one-room-apartment is located right in the middle of the lively neighbourhood between Weserstraße and Landwehrkanal, with a lot of bars and cafés, a fleemarket and shops around. A perfect place to stay, if you want to explore Berlin for some time. The room goes out to the backyard, is calm and fully furnished. I am abroad for a bit more then a month and rent the place for that time.
