Super schön helle Wohnung in perfekter Lage.
Sie ist ruhig und zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet. Somit bekommt man von dem Verkehr so gut wie nichts mit.
Ich pflege eine gutes Verhältnis mit meinen Nachbar*Innen. Da es ein Altbau ist und somit auch etwas hellhörig gehören Partys und sportliche Ertüchtigung nicht in die Wohnung. Genauso wie Rauchen ist nicht erwünscht! Da die Wohnung ein Altbau ist, hat sie hier und da ihre Mängel und Mankos ist jedoch top im Zustand und total ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Ob es Küchenutensilien oder eine Waschmaschine etc. ist alles vorhanden und sofort bezugsbereit mit allem was man braucht.
Da ich vor kurzem eine Katze übergangsweise adoptiert habe, sind noch einige Katzenmöbel in der Wohnung, die aber weitesgehend verstaut werden.
Ein persönliches Kennenlernen ist für mich ein Muss.
In einem Umkreis von 100 m befindet sich alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Diverse Supermärkte Apotheke, Cafés, Arzt, Gym und sogar der Kanal ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die U 7 ist in 2 mon zu erreichen und zur S+U Neukölln sind es nur 2 Stationen!
