Nachmieter für 1-Zimmer-Wohnung gesucht

Da ich umziehe, suche ich noch Nachmieter für meine Wohnung in Neukölln. Ich würde die Person dann dem Vermieter empfehlen, bevor die Wohnung online gestellt wird.

Bad und Küche sind modern saniert und die Küche liegt praktischerweise getrennt vom Schlafzimmer und ist mit einer Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Die Decken sind recht hoch, was den Raum etwas größer macht. Im Bad gibt es außerdem einen Waschtrockner. Die wohnung liegt im Hinterhof, weshalb es super ruhig ist und bis zur U Rathaus Neukölln sind es nur 5-8 Minuten.

Vom Vermieter benötigt werden die letzten 3 Gehaltsnachweise, eine Schufa (request now) und eine Selbstauskunft.

The bathroom and kitchen are modernly renovated and the kitchen is conveniently located separately from the bedroom and is equipped with a dishwasher. The ceilings are quite high, which makes the room slightly larger. There is also a washer-dryer in the bathroom. The apartment is located in the backyard, which is why it is super quiet and it is only 5-8 minutes to the U Rathaus Neukölln.

The landlord requires the last 3 salary statements, a Schufa (request now) and a self-disclosure.
