Es handelt sich für eine 2 Zimmerwohnung zum Preis einer 1 Raumwohnung
Ich bin für 10 Tage unterwegs und vermiete meine Wohnung von 8.6- bis 18.6.2012 an einen netten und vertrauenswürdigen Menschen :) (ggf. auch an ein Paar/zwei Personen)
Die Wohnung ist hell, ruhig, vollmöbliert und gemütlich.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestatte. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer haben Dielenboden. Großes Bett ist vorhanden - Bettzeug/ Handtücher müsstet ihr selbst mitbringen - ggf. können wir diesbzgl. aber auch noch verhandeln.
Internetflatrate und Telefonflatrate sind ebenfalls vorhanden und im Preis inklusive.
Kontaktiert mich am besten übers Handy oder mailt mich an, dann vereinbaren wir einen Termin oder besprechen alles. Ggf. schicke ich euch Fotos.
I'm out of Berlin between 8.6.-18.6. and will let my flat to nice and trustworthy people (single/ or double)
The flat is fully furnished, sunny and cosy. Kitchen is fully equipped. My kingsize bed can be used, bed linen as well as towels you should bring.
Phone- and internet flatrate is available and included.

Die Erlangerstrasse geht von der Reuterstrasse ab, zur Weserstrasse, d.h.es hat unzählige Kneipen, Cafés, Take-aways, allerlei Einkaufsläden sind um die Ecke.
U7 (Rathaus-Neukölln/Hermannplan) und U8 (Boddinstrasse /Hermannplatz) sind jeweils sehr nah.
Erlangerstrasse is located in the lively and trendy area of North-Neukölln. Nice bars,vafes and take-aways, Shops are very close.
The U-Bahn Stations "Rathaus Neukölln" (U7), "Boddinstrasse (U8) as well as "Herrmannplatz" (U7/U8) are very close.
