Hi, ich möchte gerne meine 1-Raum-Whg. wochen-, bzw. tageweise vermieten. Wäre aber schon schön für den Gesamtzeitraum!
Die Whg. ist sehr schön geschnitten (s.Bilder). Top für einen Kurzurlaub in Berlin. Sie ist komplett möbliert und verfügt über alles was man braucht. Auch ideal für 2 Leute, Schlafplätze vorhanden (Bett+Couch).
Tagweise Vermietung wären 25€ oder 40€ für 2 Pers. Wochenweise auch entsprechend Modalitäten. 200€ Kaution, welche rückerstattet wird wenn alles schick war) plus 20€ Endreinigung.
Bei Fragen einfach durchrufen und alles absprechen.

It's in Neukölln near the S-Bahn Station Sonnenallee.
Has 48 sqm and is completely furnished.
25 € per day (unless you want to stay longer, it would be negotiable) - 40€ if you are 2 people plus an extra cleaning fee of 20€ once and a deposit of 200€ which you get back if everything was ok at the returning. But actually I would appreciate if you would rent it for the term of 1 month :)

Sonnenallee (Ring) S42/S41 - 5 min.
Neukölln S-Bahn/U-Bahn U7 - 10 min.
In der Nähe sind auch Supermärkte wie z.B. Lidl, Aldi, Edeka (2 min.) - Apotheken und sogar 15 min. zu Fuß entfernt entweder am Neuköllner Tor (U-Bahn Neukölln) oder auch Rathaus Neukölln ganze Einkaufszentren, dort ist auch eine Post zu finden.
Seitenflügel - leider ohne Fahrstuhl.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, da sie im hinteren Bereich des Hauses liegt.

The Apmt. is in the left wing of the house so it's at the back side not the street side anyways it's very calm.
ATTENTION: There is no lift inside the house!
