Hallo!
I will be out of Berlin for 1 week and I am therefore subletting my one bedroom apartment in Neukölln. You will find the Kanal at a 15 seconds walking distance and you will need 5 min to reach Weserstrasse, its nightlife, cafés and bars. The area is very quiet, the little park in front of the building will make you feel like you are in the countryside while you're at the heart of Neukölln. The apartment is very bright, on the first floor, and includes a kitchen with a washing-machine, a living-room/bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub. It's suitable for one or two persons.
I will be glad to answer any question you might have.
Sonnenallee S-Bahn: 14 minutes walking distance
Bus 171: 2 min walking distance
Bus M41: 8 min walking distance
You can find a bakery with the most delicious French croissants of Berlin at 10 min walking distance.
The area is full of little cafés and hype food places. Treptower Park is just around the corner.
The apartment is NOT suitable for party people.
If you are in a party mood, Griessmüehle, Internet Explorer, Bei Ruth and Schrippe Hawaii are reachable in less than 15 min :-)
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment but the balcony is a perfect place to sit and have a smoke.
For safety reasons all windows should be closed when living the apartment. And of course, lights and water should be turned off when not in use.
