Hello,

I'm subletting 1 room out of my 2 rooms apartment from 1st of February 2025 "moving dates can be a bit flexible", The apartment is in Schillerkiez Neukollen and just 1 min away from Tempelhof! I want to sublet it for 3-6 months or longer.

The apartment is an Alt-bau with high ceiling and original wooden floor, It has been completely renovated 2 years ago and everything is brand new and in a very good condition :)
It got a full new kitchen with big fridge oven microwave and dishwasher, a bathroom with a window to the courtyard and a bathtub, washing machine and so on. It's also got smart lighting system and smart heating in all the rooms.
I've lots of plants and I would like to find someone who will take care of them and the whole apartment
The apartment is about 60sqm with 2 rooms and I would like to keep the small bedroom with my stuff.
You will have the big living room with a balcony which is about 23sqm, so you will have a living space of 48sqm.

The area is really quiet and nice! Full of nice cafés and restaurants all around, On Saturday you will be 2 min away from Schillermarkt.
It's 5 min walk to the U bahn and 2 min away from the closest supermarket!
Its just few seconds away from tempelhof! :D
