My flat ist situated in a more quiet street in lovely Schillerkiez. .

It's sunny and clean, with big windows a very modern bathroom and a kitchen where you can sit, chill and smoke:) besides its a non-smoker flat. You have a couch, a bed, a desk to work as well as a table to eat in the kitchen (or work). The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, and filtered water. You have heating in every room. The kitchen is well equipped with a mixer, all kitchen tools, pots, pans and all you need. Of course there is wifi.

You will find everything you need here :)

Tempelhofer Feld is only up the street as well as beautiful Hasenheide. You have many grocery shopping opportunities such as turkish food markets, lidl, Aldi as well as Rewe and many more. Everything is close:)
You can reach Mitte within 20 minutes by train and get everywhere quite fast. To the airport it is about 45 minutes.

Per Month the rent is 1200€. It would be of course amazing to find someone for the whole time. For both months it is 2000€.
I will be away to work abroad for a two months period. I am renting out, so I do not have double rent. I do not rent out for commercial purposes. My partner will be in town to assist you if help is needed with something concerning the flat.

We can make a simple contract for the time you are here.

About cleaning:
I live here more then 95% of the year and it is my home. I will clean as good as possible but it is not a hotel :) It is very clean but it is just possible to see, that someone lives here. Its my home:) Not my airbnb.
