Ich vermiete meine Wohnung im trendigen Reuterkiez zwischen Hermannplatz und Maybachufer. Die Einzimmer-Wohnung ist 46m² groß. Schlafzimmer und Balkon liegen auf der Ostseite (bis Mittags Sonne), Küche und Bad zeigen nach Westen. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, hat eine Badewanne mit Dusche und eine Waschmaschine. Die Nachbarn sind nett und hilfsbereit. Der Gartenpavillon mit Grill kann nach Absprache mit dem Hausmeister mitbenutzt werden. Mein Klavier kann auch gerne bespielt werden.
I rent my apartment in the trendy Reuterkiez between Hermannplatz and Maybachufer. The one-room apartment has 46m². The bedroom and balcony are on the east side (sun until midday), the kitchen and bathroom face west. The apartment is fully furnished, has a bath with shower and a washing machine. The neighbors are nice and helpful. The garden pavilion with grill can be shared after consultation with the Hausmeister. My piano can also be used.
Das schöne Maybachufer mit seinen Märkten und Flohmärkten ist direkt um die Ecke. Der Reuterkiez ist voller internationaler Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. Für Filmliebhaber gibt es eins der ältesten Kinos Berlins, das Moviemento. Wer also das trendige Berliner Kiezleben kennenlernen will, ist hier genau richtig!
Die U-Bahnstationen Hermannplatz (U7/U8) und Schönleinstraße (U8) sind jeweils etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Insgesamt eine sehr zentrale, schöne Lage.
The beautiful Maybachufer with its markets and flea markets is just around the corner. The Reuterkiez is full of international restaurants, cafés and bars. For film lovers there is one of the oldest cinemas in Berlin, the Moviemento. So if you want to get to know the trendy Berlin neighborhood life, you've come to the right place!
The subway stations Hermannplatz (U7/U8) and Schönleinstraße (U8) are each about 7 minutes away on foot. All in all a very central, beautiful location.
Ich verreise ab dem 22.11. und würde die Wohnung auch gerne ab diesem Datum vermieten.
Im Zweifel geht's aber auch ab dem 01.12.!
I will be traveling from November 22nd. and would also like to rent the apartment from this date.
If I dont find anyone for that date, I rent from December 1st.
