The apartment is located 200 metres away from Spreepark (which connects to Treptower Park)- and the river.
It is therefore ideal for those looking for a quiet place near nature for long walks. But it's also 15 minutes away from Kreuzberg and a trendy zone of bars and restaurants.
It is suitable for a single person or a couple, but only non smokers and no pets. Ideally, someone who loves plants or can keep them alive :) And to whom cleanliness and respectful behaviour are a given.
The apartment is fully furnished, it receives sun both in the morning and in the afternoon, and has a lovely balcony which leads to an open green space. There's a bus stop right at the corner: the train station is at a 3 min bus ride away or at a 10min walking distance, same as supermarkets.

Es ist geeignet für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar, aber nur für Nichtraucher und keine Haustiere.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, hat sowohl morgens als auch nachmittags Sonne und verfügt über einen schönen Balkon, der zu einer Grünfläche führt. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle direkt an der Ecke: der Bahnhof ist in 3 Minuten mit dem Bus oder in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso wie Supermärkte.
