sehr ruhig und zentral; 1min zur U-Bahn Eberswalder Straße; 5min zum Helmholtzplatz; 5min zum Mauerpark; beste Lage im ruhigen Prenzlauer Berg; anybody that knows Prenzlauer Berg, knows this is the best location you could possibly live; it's 5min from Kastanienallee, 10min to Rosenthaler Platz; anything can be done walking, with your bike, or with public transport; it's a very quiet neighbourhood with tons of boutiques, restaurants etc; the more buzzy nightlife is close in Berlin Mitte or some 20min with the tram to Friedrichshain;
