Ich biete meine Wohnung zur Untermiete an! Zunächst für 1 Monat (Juli), evtl. auch länger.
1. OG im Seitenflügel, ruhig und im Sommer schön kühl.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert mit Grundausstattung (Töpfe, Geschirr, Bettwäsche, Waschmaschine, Handtücher usw.).
Die meisten meiner persönlichen Dinge habe ich zwischengelagert, du kannst es dir also mit deinen Sachen gemütlich machen.
Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt, auch Rauchen ist nicht gestattet. Ruhiger Seitenflügel, keine Partywohnung.
Die Untermiete ist von der Hausverwaltung genehmigt und es gibt einen Untermietvertrag. Eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich.
850 EUR Miete beinhalten alle Kosten für 1 Monat (Miete, Betriebskosten, Strom, Gas, High Speed Internet). Die Kaution beträgt 700 EUR.
Bring dein Zeug mit und mach's dir gemütlich. :)

I sublet my cute apartment! For 1 month (july), maybe even longer.
1. OG in the side wing, quiet and pleasantly cool in the summer.
The apartment comes furnished with basic equipment (cooking pots, dishes, washing mashine, towels, etc.).
I temporarily stored most of my personal belongings, so you can bringt your own stuff and get cozy.
No pets, no smoking. No parties.
The sublet is approved by the house management and there will be a contract. Registration is not possible.
850 EUR includes all cost for 1 month (rent, operation cost, power, gas, high speed internet). The deposit is 700 EUR.
