In the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, I can't think of a better location! It is just 200 meters from the Wasserturm and if you know the area, it is on the same street as 44 Brekkie (a delight for brunch!).
Regarding the connection, it is 100 meters from M2 and 150 meters from M10. Edeka, Lidl & Rewe are just around the corner, less than 2 mins away.
I am looking for a reliable person who will take care of the apartment during my absence and handle my things with care (because I have recently moved over there so I want someone responsible). To be on the safe side, I would take a small deposit before the start of the rental period, which you will of course get back immediately after the rental period.
