It's on the 4th floor, facing quiet inner yard, and consists of 1 big room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, fridge, kettle). The room has two windows, bed, sofa, wardrobe, desk, shelves.

price: 1050 EUR per month, which includes rent itself, nebenkosten, internet, radiotax, electricity and heating.
Kaution - 1000 EUR

-the rent is possible for the whole period only (the end time can be flexible either at the end of June or mid July)
