Hi I’m Lucia and I’m going on a holiday from the 1st to 15th of September. My cosy apartment in Prenzlauerberg is for rent around this time. It is possible to stay also 2 weeks longer until the end of September if you want. The apartment is 38 m2, has a bathroom, a small kitchen and a living/bedroom. Big size bed, wash machine and internet WI-FI connection are provided, together with all kitchen facilities. The apartment is in a very lively area of Berlin, near S and U-Bahn station Schonhauser Allee (10 min by foot). Plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets in the street and neighbourhood. Couples are welcome. Price: 220 Euro (all included) for 2 weeks. Caution: 100 Euro.

Ciao sono Lucia e sarò in vacanza in Italia dall’1 al 15 settembre. Per quel periodo affitto il mio appartamento nel centralissimio quartiere di Prenzlauerberg. Prolungare il soggiorno fino fine mese è eventualmente possibile. L’appartamento è 38m2 ed è composto da: piccolo bagno con doccia, cucina completa di tutto il necessario, living/camera da letto. Troverai la lavatrice, un letto a due piazze, connsessione wireless, asciugamani e lenzuola. L’appartamento si trova a dieci minuti dalla stazione della metro e della S-bahn di Schoenhauser Allee. Sia nella mia via che in quelle vicine, caffè, bar, ristoranti di tutti i tipi e supermercati. Coppie benvenute. Prezzo: 220 euro (tutto compreso) per i 15 giorni. Cauzione: 100 euro.
