Hallo ihr lieben!
Ich ziehe mit meiner Freundin zusammen und suche deswegen einen Nachmieter für
meine wunderschöne 1-Zimmer Wohnung im Prenzlauer Berg.
Die Wohnung ist toll geschnitten und in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Kleines Bad mit Badewanne und genügend Platz für die Waschmaschine, ebenfalls kleine Küche, aber dafür ein geräumiges, etwa 28qm grosses Zimmer mit hellem Fenster.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Prenzlauer Berg, alles was man so braucht, ob essen gehen oder einkaufen, ist schnell erreichbar. so läuft man etwa eine Minute zu Alnatura und DM oder etwa 3 Minuten zu den Schönhauser Allee Arkaden.
In der nahen Stargarder Str/Gleimstrasse findet man viele kleine Restaurants.
Und auch Parkanlagen sind gut erreichbar, etwa der Mauerpark in etwa 10 Minuten.
Zum S/U-Bahnhof Schönhauser Allee braucht man ebenfalls nur etwa 3 Minuten.
Für den Internetanschluss sind sowohl DSL/VDSL als auch Kabeldeutschland verfügbar.
Bei Interesse kann die Waschmaschine übernommen werden.
