I will be abroad and therefore I am offering my single room apartment in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg (U-Eberswalderstr!) for rent. This cosy apartment is on the 4th floor with high ceiling, a balcony and about 40 qm2. The kitchen offers enough space so that you can use it as a dining room.
The apartment is located in the heart of the popular area of Prenzlauer Berg. It is on the Schönhauser Allee, 5 minutes walk to Kastanien Allee & to the popular Mauerpark flea market. Next door there is the historical former "Stadtbad", now Hotel Oderberger with an public swimming area where you could have a swim. On the opposite street, there is a movie theater and a supermarket (REWE).
Besides there are plenty small cafes and restaurants round the corner. The Kollwitz organic market can easily walk within 10 mins. There are supermarkets and "Späti" 2 mins away.
You can reach Berlin Mitte (Hakescher Markt, Museums Insel) within 10 minutes by bike.
Public transportation: 2 mins walk to U-Eberswalderstraße
Tram: M 1, M12, M10 and busses to Mitte, Friedrichshain...
There is some flexibility regarding the day to move in and out.
I am prefering non-smoker. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
The apartment can be use for a 2 persons, but i have to charge additional costs (120 Eur).
