I'd like to sublet my sunny 34m2 flat in the middle of Prenzlauerberg's Helmholtzkiez from the 9th June - 16th June 2015 (dates are flexible within a couple of days - just write and ask). The flat is a typical Berlin cut with a nice room, sit-in kitchen, and a long skinny bathroom. It's on the 4th floor, so it gets tons of sunlight and is just lovely in the morning. It's right around the corner from all the cafes/shops/trendy/hip whatever you could possibly want. There is a great bed, a writing desk, and a washing machine and fridge in the kitchen.
Looking for a nice, quiet person to look after my space while I am away, and would really, really prefer no couples. *Short term sublet ONLY*
