Suche Nachmieter/in für meine schöne Wohnung mit Kochnische, Kühlschrank/Gefrierfach ist auch vorhanden und fast neu. Im Badezimmer ist eine Dusche und eine Badewanne. Im Mietpreis enthalten ist ein eigener Keller, sowie ein Gemeinschaftskeller mit einem Anschluss für Waschmaschine und/oder Trockner. Meine Vermieterin Frau Atik (eine ganz freundliche Dame) gibt weitere Auskünfte über die Wohnung. Die Innenstadt ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ich bin immer mit dem Fahrrad gefahren, war für mich am gemütlichsten. Ca. 5 Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt, auch Dönerladen und eine Pizzeria sind um die Ecke. Ein paar Straßen weiter ist der Bahnhof.
Der Mietvertrag ist unbefristet und daher ideal für Studenten, selbstverständlich sind auch andere Interessenten willkommen. Eine Bonitätsauskunft muss man dem Vermieter vorlegen, aber dass ist glaube ich normal. Die Vermieterin ist eine ältere Dame, regelt alles sehr Zügig und freut sich immer wenn man Sie grüßt. Der Mietpreis ist inkl. Nebenkosten, zzgl. Strom. Die Wohnung ist Provisionsfrei!!! finde ich ein muss! Die Kaution sind glaube ich zwei Monatskaltmieten.
