I'd like to cheaply sublet my beautiful, cosy apartment in exchange for cat sitting. The apartment includes everything you need, i.e. cuttlery, wifi, dish washer, washing machine, stove... 'Matjes' - the cat - is quite shmusy, but apart from that she sleeps and eats and is rather quiet cat.
The place is located in a quiet district between Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain with the park closeby. Public transport is 3 minutes by foot, food stores (organic and cheap) around the corner and the ringbahn is only 8 minutes by foot. There's even an organic shop down the street that's open every day including Sundays and holidays and has literally saved my life on several occasions.
I only sublet to people who don't smoke in my apartment and aren't going to have parties at my place. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me and arrange an date to drop by and look at the place. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
