Hi,
I sublet my 1-room apartment from 13th to 25th Mai.
The apartment is renovated and I decorated it with my artsy touch: pictures made by me, street art artwork from a famous artist, stickers...
You have anything you need in the apartment for cooking (small kitchen with table for 2), sleeping (duvet, bed sheets and towels), chilling&working (lot of books about Berlin, a lot of CDs, big desk, big balcony, clothes rack).
The trams M10 and M4 are just 1 Min walking, so you can reach Alexanderplatz, Hauptbahhof, Friedrichshain.
Cafés, small restaurants and nice shops in few minutes walking. Supermarkets also very close, many Spätis (late night shops) all around. Calm and safe neighborhood.
You will be in good company with my 2 lovely cats, so please keep in mind that you have to take care of them (playing, feeding, litter cleaning) and one of them need medication twice a day. PLEASE WRITE ME ONLY IF YOU ARE OK WITH CATSITTING.
Everything (electricity, internet) is in the price included.
Smoking permitted only on the balcony.
