The 32 m² apartment is furnished, has a balcony, kitchenette with stove and fridge and bathroom with shower. There is no washing machine. However, there is a laundromat on the opposite side of the street at Danziger Str 40. The apartment is located on the 3rd Floor of a renovated building at Danziger Straße between the squares Kollwitzplatz and Helmholtzplatz. The tram M10 stops right in front of the building and the U2 station Eberswalder Straße is in 5 min walking distance.
