Die Wohnung hat ein geräumiges Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, Flur, und Bad mit Dusche. Strom, Heizung, WLAN etc. sind in den Kosten enthalten.
Ich wünsche mir eine*n Untermieter*in, der/die zuverlässig und freundlich ist und respektvoll mit meinen Sachen umgeht.

Since I am going abroad from August 2024 to Mai 2024, I offer my furnished apartment in Prenzlauer Berg for a sublease.
The apartment has a spacious bedroom and living room, fully equipped kitchen, hallway, and bathroom with shower. Electricity, heating, WLAN, etc. are included in the costs.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Choriner Straße, nur wenige Gehminuten vom U-Bahnhof Senefelder Platz und Eberswalder Straße entfernt. Die Tram-Station Zionskirchplatz ist auch nicht weit entfernt.
