I am leaving Berlin from May 25- Jun 15 (3 weeks). I will only be charging €700, with a deposit of €700, which I will return it back to you once I get my keys back. Ideally, you are a nice, quiet, working professional (the building is very quiet, so no parties inside the apartment). I would also like to meet you and get to know you a bit before subletting, because I really love my place, and would like someone I trust to take over for the five weeks.
So a little about my place! It is 35sq one-room apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom, completely furnished! You can use most of my kitchen ware.
It is located on Wichertstraße, so super close to Prenzlauer alle and Schonhauser alle, the S-bahn and M tram are all in walking distance! It’s about 20 minutes to Kollwitz kiez, and there are many good restaurants, cafes, and bars located around.
