Subletting my one-room apartment in Berlin, Schöneberg – April 5–25 / €550 (or less for a shorter stay).
Viewings: April 3 & 4.
The apartment can also be rented for two weeks or a shorter period. The rent for 20 days is €550, including all bills, with a €250 deposit. We can speak about the price depending on how long you want to stay.
I am looking for someone who is calm, respectful, and will take care of my plants. No smoking inside.

The area is very quiet in the evenings and on weekends. However, there is ongoing construction next to the building, which can be very loud during the day. Home office is not possible.
